Ladakh Divisional commander-level talks of the two countries' armies will take place today, with signs of easing tensions between India and China on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) near eastern Ladakh. Official information about the location of the meeting has not been found, but according to media reports, this discussion can also be held in Moldo, located on the border of China. Earlier on Saturday, the Lt. General level talks were also held there.

Meanwhile, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has taunted the government. Rahul has tweeted that the Chinese have entered our border but the Prime Minister is silent. He has kept distance from this matter.

The armies of both countries withdrew before the talks: report

On Tuesday, the news agency quoted sources as saying that the forces of the two countries retreated from Patrolling Points 14-15 and Hot Spring area in the Galvan Valley. China's army retreated to 2.5 km across its border in two areas. The Chinese military has also removed some tents. An army officer said that this was a good sign.

Both countries ready to settle dispute with peace

Lt. General Level has been discussed between India and China on 6 June. The meeting took place in Moldo, located 20 km from the Line of Control in the Chinese border in Chusul sector. Giving this information, the Ministry of External Affairs had said that China is ready to settle the whole dispute peacefully. The ministry had said that the talks took place in a very peaceful and warm atmosphere. It was agreed that the relationship should be resolved soon.

Chinese helicopters were seen on LAC on 8 June

Chinese helicopters were spotted near LAC on Monday, just two days after the talks between the commanders of the two armies. News agency ANI quoted sources as saying that the aerial activities of China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) have intensified in the last 7-8 days. These helicopters may have been flying to help Chinese troops stationed at the border.
