Indore Lok Sabha Election 2024 Even before the Lok Sabha elections, Congress suffered a major setback in Indore. Congress candidate Akshay Kanti Bam today withdrew his nomination, shocking the party. After this, the field is now almost cleared for the BJP on the Indore seat, there is no candidate left for it except independents and other parties.

Can take membership of BJP

According to the information, Congress candidate Akshay Kanti Bam had reached the election office along with BJP MLA Ramesh Mendola, where he withdrew his nomination. After this, he left for the BJP office along with Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya and MLA Mendola. It is believed that Bam will take membership in the BJP.

Akshay Kanti said- Congress was not supporting?

After withdrawing the nomination, Akshay Kanti Bam said that ever since he had submitted his nomination, he was not getting any support from Congress. However, there are also speculations in political circles that Congress has been putting pressure on Akshay Kanti since the time she filled the form.

A game like Surat can happen

After the withdrawal of the nomination of Congress candidate Akshay, there is talk of playing a game like Surat here too. Earlier a similar incident had happened in Surat, Gujarat also. There, the Congress candidate had withdrawn his nomination, along with candidates from other parties and independent candidates had also withdrawn their nominations. After this BJP won the elections unopposed in Surat.
