Foreign affairs expert Professor Shirin Kuril says that unless the power in Afghanistan is elected through constitutional means through elections, then there are bound to be big challenges for the countries with a democratic system in the world. India built hospitals in many cities of Afghanistan like Badarkhashan, Kandahar, Khost, Kunar, and Nuristan. More than 600 small and big buses and more than 300 military vehicles, including hundreds of ambulances, were also provided to Afghanistan for transportation.
