UP Politics: In attempts to disturb the communal harmony in Bijnor, Moradabad, and Varanasi in UP, ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that some people in the society want to disturb the social harmony. The UP Police has made such arrangements under which measures are taken to prevent the incident from worsening in time.

Be it Nupur Sharma's statement or trying to spread violence about Agniveer, we have controlled every situation in time. Prashant Kumar said that amid the Kanwar Yatra during the festival season, an attempt was made to spoil the atmosphere under a conspiracy in the district adjacent to Haridwar. When the Kanwariyas were moving ahead with water, they wanted to spoil the atmosphere by tying a saffron headdress, accusing a particular sect of harming the tomb.
