IPL 2022: Corona's entry in IPL, Delhi Capitals physio became Covid-19 positive, will the match against RCB be cancelled?

Reports are doing the rounds on social media that the match against RCB can be cancelled, but IPL has not officially given any information about it. IPL said – Delhi Capitals physio Patrick Farhart has been found corona infected. At present, the medical team of the Delhi Capitals is closely monitoring him.

 

 

Patrick Farhart has been in touch with all the players of the Delhi Capitals. In such a situation, the Covid test of all the players has been done. If someone else is found infected in the test, then he will also be isolated. At the same time, in the event of more players getting infected, the match can be postponed. Last year too, many cases were reported after the entry of corona into the bio-bubble. After that, the BCCI postponed the IPL indefinitely. Later the second phase was organized in the UAE.

 

Talking about the performance of the Delhi Capitals this season, the team has played four matches so far. During this, he has won two matches and lost two matches. Delhi had defeated Mumbai Indians in the first match. After that, there were defeats against Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants. Delhi had defeated Kolkata Knight Riders in their last match. Rishabh Pant's team is at the seventh position in the points table with four points from four matches.
