On Iran's state television, Bakri described the previous round of talks as only drafts. "Drafts should also be discussed," he said. Therefore, no consensus can be expressed until all issues are agreed upon. Thus, all the discussions held in the six rounds should be summarized and discussed. Another TV program showed that in Vienna, Bakri said Iran had sought US guarantees not to impose new sanctions and re-impose previous sanctions.
