How horrific the war has become can be gauged from the fact that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and PM Benjamin Netanyahu, who were visiting Israel, had to hide in a bunker to save their lives. Both the leaders took this step to avoid a rocket attack.

 

Both the leaders remained hidden in the bunker for five minutes

According to the information of news agency Reuters, on Monday, a meeting was going on between the US Secretary of State and PM Netanyahu at a command center of the Defense Ministry in Tel Aviv. Just then the rocket attack siren sounded. Both the leaders left the meeting midway and hid in the bunker. Both the leaders had to remain hidden in the bunker for about five minutes.

 

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said, "During the secretary's meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu and the War Cabinet, the air raid sirens went off and he hid in the bunker for five minutes."

 

Joe Biden will visit Israel

Let us tell you that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that President Joe Biden will visit Israel on Wednesday. During this, he will reiterate America's solidarity with Israel. Apart from this, the US President will also visit Jordan.

 

The White House said that President Biden will first visit Israel. Here he will meet with PM Benjamin Netanyahu. After this, he will leave for Jordan. Here he will meet King Abdullah.
