The makers had filed an anti-piracy petition regarding Jawan. Despite this, the film has been leaked on many different platforms. Along with hiring anti-piracy agencies, Red Chillies Entertainment has also filed a complaint with the Santa Cruz West Police Station against those involved in piracy.

The production house informed that they have already tracked the pirated accounts which are being run on different platforms. Steps have been taken to take criminal action against those running these accounts for selling pirated content of Jawan. Piracy is a big issue which Bollywood has been facing for a long time.
