
JEE Mains 2021 Date: Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will announce the schedule of JEE Main Exam 2021 today. The Education Minister will tell at 6 pm today on which day JEE Main will be the entrance examination for admission in engineering colleges of the country and when will students be able to apply for it. Earlier on Tuesday, the National Testing Agency (NTA), the organization conducting the examination, said that the date and notification of JEE Main will be released soon. It is being told that the JEE Main Examination can be conducted four times a year. The first session of the exam can be held in February.
Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank tweeted a video message on Wednesday, saying, “I have been in constant communication with the students for the last few days. We sent suggestions from them to the NTA for a positive test. The NTA has brought deep thought into them. Today, when you join me at 6 pm, I will tell you what the NTA has decided on the exam and how often.
Significantly, on December 10, Nishank had responded to questions from students, teachers, and parents on the issue of upcoming board exams and competitive exams like JEE Main and NEET through a webinar. He said about the JEE Main 2021 and NEET 2021 examinations that in-depth discussions are going on to reduce the syllabus of these two competitive exams. Nishank said that the JEE Main exam is still held twice a year. The government is considering the suggestion of doing it three to four times.
Nishank had said that students need not be worried about the date of CBSE 10th and 12th examinations. Exam dates will be released long before the CBSE examinations begin. Students will get plenty of time to prepare. He said that CBSE has reduced the syllabus by 30 percent of the board examination.
