
Los Angeles, Jan 30 (IANS) Singer Jessie J has announced that she will be performing at the forthcoming 2015 Grammy Awards ceremony alongside legendary singer Tom Jones.
The duo has previously performed together when Jessie was a coach on the TV show “The Voice UK” in its first two seasons, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Jessie couldn’t contain her joy at the news as she tweeted a photograph of the announcement with the caption: “I'm performing @thegrammys!!!! Can't wait@realsirTomJones What an honour.”
Announcing the news on Twitter, Jones wrote: “Pleased to announce @JessieJ and I shall be performing together @theGRAMMYs. A lot of great acts performing as well.”
Earlier it was announced that Rihanna, Kanye West, Sir Paul McCartney, Madonna, AC/DC, Pharrell Williams, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Usher, Miranda Lambert and Sam Smith will be performing at the prestigious awards ceremony, which will be hosted by LL Cool J.
The 2015 Grammy event will take place Feb 8 at the Staples Center here.
