Hemant Soren took the MLAs from the CM residence to the airport in 2 buses, from where all the MLAs went to Raipur. Although the CM has not gone to Raipur. All the MLAs will stay at the Mayfair Resort in Raipur. Police deployment has been ordered outside the resort. All the 47 rooms in the Mayfair resort have also been booked and all the MLAs will reach the resort at 7 pm. Meanwhile, a cabinet meeting has also been called on September 1 at 4 pm in Ranchi.

Till now the MLAs were present at the CM's residence.

Earlier, on August 27, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren along with other MLAs reached his residence in Ranchi amid political turmoil in the state. It is discussed that the disqualification of CM Hemant Soren has been recommended by the Election Commission, after which this political upheaval started. However, the decision of the Election Commission has not yet been told by the Governor of Jharkhand. On the other hand, a cabinet meeting has also been called in Ranchi on 1st September at 4 pm.

Political upheaval continues in Jharkhand

There is a Grand Alliance government in Jharkhand, which includes Hemant Soren's JMM, Congress, and RJD. The Grand Alliance claims that they have more than 50 numbers. The MLAs had gathered at the chief minister's residence soon after the Election Commission's recommendation and later went on a picnic at a guest house in the Khunti district. After this, all returned to Ranchi. BJP has been accused of horse trading by JMM.
