The National Crisis Management Committee (NCMC), headed by Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba, reviewed the situation in Joshimath, Uttarakhand on Tuesday, where the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand apprised the NCMC of the prevailing situation. He said residents of severely damaged houses were being shifted to safer places.
Explain that relief sites have been identified at Joshimath and Pipalkoti to accommodate the affected families. Disaster Management Force engaged in relief work
