Kashmir: Ganai, the terrorist who killed the UP workers in the grenade attack, was killed in the firing of his comrades.

Terrorist Imran Bashir Ganai, arrested for attacking workers of Kannauj Uttar Pradesh in Harman Shopian in South Kashmir, was killed in firing by his comrades during a search operation. This has been confirmed by the police themselves. His fellow terrorists who opened fire on Ganai managed to escape from there taking advantage of the darkness.

 

A senior Jammu and Kashmir Police officer said that Manish Kumar and Ram Sagar, two workers from Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, were killed in a grenade attack on Monday night in Harman Shopian. Two terrorists, including Imran Bashir Ganai, who threw a grenade at him, were arrested by the police during an operation in the early hours of Tuesday. Imran Bashir Ganai had told about two notorious terrorists Danish and Abid during interrogation. It was Danish and Abid who asked him to attack the workers.

 

During this interrogation, Imran Bashir gave some important information about the whereabouts of the terrorists. Based on the information received from him, the police raided the hideout of the terrorists hiding in the Nowgam area of ​​Shopian. Imran Bashir was also accompanied by the security personnel. Seeing the security forces entering their hideout, the terrorists hiding there opened fire. Imran Bashir was walking ahead of the security forces and he fell victim to the firing of his comrades. The other jawans immediately took their positions and retaliated.

 

Police said that the terrorists hiding there managed to escape by taking advantage of the darkness. Meanwhile, the soldiers picked up the injured Imran Bashir and took him to the hospital, but the doctors declared him brought dead. During the search for the terrorist hideout, the security forces found a huge quantity of weapons and other equipment. The search operation is on to nab the terrorists who escaped from the encounter.
