Kejriwal orders magisterial probe into Kenyan woman's gang-rape

New Delhi, Feb 21 (IANS) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Saturday ordered a magisterial inquiry into the alleged gang-rape of a Kenyan woman here in a moving car.

A 35-year-old woman was found in an unconscious state near the toll plaza of the DND (Delhi-Noida-Direct) flyway in Mayur Vihar area of east Delhi early Friday.

"The chief minister has directed the department of home to immediately institute an inquiry under the District Magistrate (East Delhi) to ascertain the circumstances and the reasons which led to the shameful crime against the woman victim," said an official statement.

Police have already arrested four people in the case.
