New Delhi, Feb 10 (IANS) BJP leader Kiran Bedi Tuesday congratulated AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal as his AAP headed for a landslide win in Delhi, and urged him to turn the capital into "a world class city".

"Full marks to Arvind," she tweeted. "Congratulations. Now take Delhi to the heights it belongs to. Make it a world class city."
