He further said that we are relying on the affidavit. We are saying what we said in the Allahabad High Court. We have filed an affidavit saying that comprehensive protection has been provided to the witnesses. We have contacted all 97 witnesses and all of them said that there is no threat.
During the hearing held on Wednesday last week, the court had sought a reply from the Uttar Pradesh government by Monday on the report of the judge supervising the SIT investigation.
