With UK inflation rising to 9%, the living crisis facing students studying abroad is growing rapidly. These students are not able to pay the rent. Students who were staying at their relatives' houses have also been shown the way out due to rising inflation. In such a situation some students are forced to sleep on the road.

Some are staying with their friends, while some are looking for part-time jobs so that they can also look for a better home for themselves. There are about 12% of the students do not have a roof. 5.3% of dropouts and recently passed out students are also facing the same problem. This has been revealed in a survey by the National Union of Students in Scotland published in the Higher Education Policy Institute (HEAP).

Students upset due to rising inflation

Foreign students living in cities are facing the biggest problem this summer to study in the university. According to the report, due to rising inflation this year, along with the increased cost of food and electricity for the students, the cost of food and electricity has become a cause of trouble.

University is not helping

Many university students have this problem, but no proper arrangements are being made by the university for these students. So students are facing more stress for their extra expenses apart from studies. Professor of London Metropolitan University. Patrick Mulrennon says the government should consider additional aid to these struggling students.
