Maharashtra: 51 policemen got corona in 24 hours, total 1809 jawans positive in the state

Mumbai: Maharashtra is the most affected state in the country due to deadly corona virus. Now a large number of policemen are also falling for it. In the last 24 hours, 51 policemen in Maharashtra were found to be Corona positive. Now the number of Corona positive policemen in the state has increased to 1809.

 

Out of these 1809, a total of 194 police officers and 1615 police personnel are involved. So far 18 policemen have died from Corona. However, the good thing is that 678 of these policemen defeated Corona and returned home.

 

Maharashtra's senior minister Ashok Chavan Corona positive

Everyone, from mango to special, is slowly taking corona. Today, another senior minister of Uddhav Thackeray government, Ashok Chavan has been found to be corona virus positive. Ashok Chavan has also been the Chief Minister of the state. Before Chavan, Jitendra Avhar, a minister in the Uddhav government, was also found to be corona infected. Along with Jitendra Avhar, 14 of his personal staff were also caught by Corona infection.

 

In Maharashtra, the situation is getting worse day by day due to deadly corona virus. According to the Ministry of Health, today the number of infected patients in Maharashtra has reached 50 thousand 251. In the last 24 hours, 3041 new cases have been reported. At the same time, 1635 people have died so far. Although 14 thousand 600 patients have also been cured.

 

In the country too, the cases of corona virus are increasing day by day. Today, the number of infected patients has reached one lakh 38 thousand 845. With this, India has reached number 10 in the list of most infected countries today. In the last 24 hours, there have been 6977 new cases of infected patients in the country, which is the highest increase for the fourth consecutive day.
