Famous actress of the Malayalam film industry Meena Ganesh has said goodbye to the world. Today, Thursday 19 December, she breathed her last during treatment in a private hospital. According to reports, she was admitted to the hospital after suffering a stroke a few days ago. She died today during treatment. She could not be saved.

 

Started from the world of theater

Meena Ganesh was 81 years old. She was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Shoranur, Kerala. Her death has caused a great loss to the Malayalam industry. Meena Ganesh worked in more than 100 films in her career. She started her acting journey with theater. After working in the theater world, she turned to films. The actress made her debut in the year 1977 with the film 'Mani Muzhakkam'.

The actress showed her acting prowess in many films including 'Mandanmar Londanil', 'Utsava Melam', 'Golanthra Vartha', 'Sakshal Sriman Chathunni', 'Kalyan Sougandhikam', 'Siyami Irattakal', 'Srikrishnapurathe Nakshatrathilakkam', and 'My Dear Karadi'. Meena Ganesh played most of the supporting roles in her acting career. Talking about Meena Ganesh's personal life, she is married to actor and theater artist AN Ganesh.

Names include Prithviraj Sukumaran to Dilip, Mohanlal, Mammootty etc. After the death of the actress, South stars are paying tribute to her.
