The psychiatrist said - making reels is a kind of addiction

Psychiatrist Pritesh Gautam told that making reels on social media is a kind of addiction. Whatever the brain feels right, it does it at a faster rate. In the precoten central stage of the brain, a chemical called dopamine is released more, due to which a person puts his life in danger to do any work.

Psychological Counselor Dr. Tapasya Tomar says – Youth is misusing mobile, reels are being made to come in limelight and to get fame, and they go through something which proves to be fatal.

Can you know from the 4 formulas, your children also have this kind of addiction?

Who can have this kind of addiction and how can we know about it? Neuropsychiatrist Dr. Naresh Bansal says. For this, there is a formula of 4C (Craving, Control, Compulsion, Consequences).

Craving - Craving means craving. Do you get restless?

Control- Control means that you are not giving more time than necessary.

Compulsion- Compulsion means that we will do this work in any case.

Consequences- Consequences know there will be damage, yet will do it.

If someone knows himself even on two parameters in this, then it means that he needs to be alert immediately. If the third symptom is also seen in someone, then it means that he needs advice from a psychologist. The fourth symptom is considered to be a dangerous phase and during this time children work by putting their lives in danger.

How to avoid this addiction

To avoid this, it is necessary to do counseling of the children at the school level. While making reels, children should be shown videos of accidents that are why such incidents happen. The vision of children regarding social media should be clear what is social media? To educate the children about reel and real life.

Apart from all this, attention should be paid to social and personal functioning. Try to make as much distance as you can from the mobile. Apart from this, take time for yourself by resorting to music and meditation.
