Nepal's Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba have won the election from his home district Dhankuta for the 7th time in a row, setting a record for doing so. People hoping for a stable government
Nepali voters are actively participating in the periodic general elections with the hope of "stable government and development". 61 percent polling
According to the Election Commission of Nepal, about 61 percent of voters voted in the parliamentary and provincial elections held on 20 November.
