The Indo-Nepal border is sealed over the corona virus. The Government of Nepal has also banned the citizens of our country coming from India. Around 300 people who reached the Nomens Land from the Sonouli border on Monday night started a ruckus to enter Nepal. Due to which a large number of police from both countries reached the spot on the Sonauli border. During this time, the Nepali Sentinel team fiercely lathi-charged the citizens of their own country. People stuck on the border say that when the Indian government has taken us to the Nepal border, then why is our government not giving admission. People angry with lathicharge have blocked No Men's Land. They raised fierce slogans against the Nepal Police.

Police is waiting for the government's order

Belahia Inspector Ishwari Adhikari of Nepal Police told that Nepal citizens from different cities of India will not be allowed to enter unless a government order comes. On receiving information about lathicharge and border tension on the citizens, late night, Dr. Ujjwal Kumar, DM of Maharajganj and SP Rohit Singh Sajwan also reached the spot. Both officials urged Nepali citizens to move to India. Officials said that when they do not get entry into Nepal, arrangements for their lodging will be made by India, but Nepali citizens were not ready on this assurance.
