However, the administration gave some relief, saying that milk will be available from the shops from 6 to 9 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm. But even during this time, the administration has given complete exemption for essential things including milk and vegetables there. Services like petrol pumps, ATMs have continued. The same amount of time is being given to people for exiting and shopping. But Indore, called Mini Mumbai, will be completely closed for the next three days.
