Nippy Morning in Delhi, Sunny Day ahead

New Delhi, Jan 30 (IANS) It was a nippy, pleasant morning in the national capital Friday.

The Met Office has forecast a sunny day ahead.

"The sky will remain clear through the day and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 19 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

Friday's minimum temperature was recorded three notches below average at 6.2 degrees Celsius and the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 86 percent.

Thursday's minimum temperature dropped four notches below the season's average at 4.8 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature was recorded three notches below the season's average at 18.7 degrees Celsius.
