Online studies and restrictions have had the biggest impact on students for two years during the Corona epidemic. According to a UNICEF survey, about 50 percent of students are currently under mental pressure. Due to this, their tendency to learn has decreased. In such a situation, while going to school again, many types of problems will also come. From school management, parents to education experts are also concerned about when the children will be back to normal.

Under the guidelines of the Central Government to bring the children back to normal life and to join studies, the state governments and school management are training teachers at their respective levels through training. The aim is to bring the students out of the mental pressure in a friendly environment in a normal way without getting angry. Understanding this problem of children, the Union Health Ministry, in collaboration with the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences, is doing a lot of work on Psycho-Social Sport, Mental Health Service.

Daughter studies on screen for 18 hours

Sumit Vohra, Founder of Nursery.com said that I have two daughters. There is a teenager, who has also been a topper on the 10th CBSE board. Both the daughters have got glasses due to increased screen time. Earlier every year he used to take them for a walk on holidays. In such a situation, after being locked in homes for two years, irritability has increased in them. The elder daughter studies in the school's online class from eight in the morning to two in the afternoon. After this three-three coaching is going on for the preparation of JEE Advanced. In all, she is on mobile or computer for about 18 hours of studies. The younger daughter misses her friends a lot. Stays connected on-screen for hours to talk to friends. Earlier it was wrong to interrupt them, but now it has become a part of their habit. In such a situation, it is very difficult to connect them again with the normal student life by taking them away from the mobile. As parents, we are just waiting for April 1 when the schools will be fully opened and our children will be able to join normal life again. There is also a fear here whether they will be able to return to normal life or not.

It was difficult for children to understand the epidemic

UNICEF education expert Pramila Manoharan says that about 50 percent of the students have had a mental impact. After two years of online studies on mobile, TV, computer, etc. in the pandemic, now it will be a bit difficult to connect them offline. It was extremely difficult for the children to understand the pandemic. Actually, due to the closure of the school, his classroom was connected online, but his activity was completely stopped. Playing, sitting, walking, eating, fun with friends in school all stopped completely. They weren't ready for it.

As a result, they have difficulty in learning. Because the mind must be free to learn. Now that normal life is starting again after coming out of the pandemic era, then everyone has to be patient and help the children to move forward. Parents, schools, and teachers must provide them with the desired environment. As soon as they come to school, they should get a chance to do sports, drawing, music, drama, theater, or their favorite activity of friends before joining maths, science. Teachers and parents have to understand the mind of children with patience, tolerance. Instead of getting angry, explain them with love.

Now children start shouting in anger when they do not get mobile

Mamta, a parent, told that before the epidemic, children were given mobiles to play games once or twice a week, but due to online classes, the screen time had reached six to eight hours. Now the mobile has become such a habit that if it is not found, they start shouting with anger. When going out of the house was stopped, they were stopped on the pretext of mobile, but now it has become their weakness. He gets tired of going to school. It is said that you have to study in online classes, not schools. Apart from this, the whole timetable of eating, getting up, sleeping, studying has been spoiled. To bring them back to normal life will be extremely difficult.
