All major rivers including Ganga, Yamuna, Ghaggar, and Hindon are flowing above the danger mark and many areas are submerged in flood water. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, West Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Chandigarh.
