Deepak Kesarkar, the spokesperson of the Eknath Shinde faction, said on Thursday that there was only a matter of respect from both sides. In a conversation with ABP Marathi channel, Deepak Kesarkar said, 'The alliance of both the parties is stuck in respect'. He said that the talks between Matoshree and the BJP high command have stalled. It is going on from both sides who should call first. At the same time, on the question of MPs coming in support of Eknath Shinde, he said that I am not the spokesperson of MPs. I am the spokesperson of Eknath Shinde, the day the MPs ask to speak, I will talk to them.

 

Deepak Kesarkar said that from Guwahati we had appealed to Uddhav Thackeray to break the alliance with Maha Vikas Aghadi. 50 MLAs will return. But was the alliance broken? Today it seems that it has just unintentionally been broken. Now he can take the decision. Deepak Kesarkar said, 'When we decide to go with BJP tomorrow, it will not be a stand-alone decision, it will be a collective decision. At that time you have to consider BJP. So far no reaction has come from the Uddhav Thackeray faction on Deepak Kesarkar's statement.

 

However, senior BJP leader Sudhir Mungantiwar has said his point on this. "Now there is a Shiv Sena-BJP alliance. Eknath Shinde is the leader of Shiv Sena and MLAs with him are saying that he is still a Shiv Sainik. That is why there is an alliance of Shiv Sena-BJP in the government. We call Eknath Shinde every day. He is in touch with Fadnavis daily. So, there is no question of Uddhav Thackeray calling us. In this way, Mungantiwar made it clear that there is currently no plan from the BJP to contact Uddhav Thackeray. On the other hand, Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar said that the decision of our party President Uddhav Thackeray will be paramount.
