UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed concern over the increasing deaths in Gaza amid the Israel-Hamas war. The United Nations Secretary-General also appealed for a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza.

 

Attacks on Gaza should stop – UN Secretary-General

Xinhua news agency quoted a statement by the UN Secretary-General on Sunday as saying that many civilians, including women and children, are dying every day in this war. He said that all this should stop in Gaza. I call for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire.

 

Palestinian citizens took shelter in camps

He said that due to the intensification of the war, thousands of Palestinian citizens have taken shelter in the camps built by the United Nations in Gaza. He said that I repeat that attacking our premises is not right.

 

More than 11 thousand people died

Let us tell you that after the attack on Israel by Hamas on October 7, the Israeli army is taking action against Hamas positions in Gaza. More than 11,000 people have lost their lives in Gaza due to this war. The number of people dying in Gaza is continuously increasing.

 

Patients admitted to Al Shifa Hospital evacuated

There is a threat of a humanitarian crisis in Gaza due to Israel's actions. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization has evacuated 31 children admitted to Al Shifa Hospital, whose condition is said to be critical. The death toll in Gaza as of Monday stood at 11,078, including 4,506 children and 3,027 women.
