Phulwari Sharif Case: NIA registers two cases, disturbances in PM Modi's visit to Patna and cases related to Ghazwa-e-Hind

Phulwari Sharif Terror Module Case: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered two cases regarding the Phulwari Sharif case of Bihar. One of these cases is related to Gajwa e Hind and Ahmed Danish. While the second case is related to the possibility of creating disturbances regarding the proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Patna on July 11. Athar Parvez and Mohammad Jalaluddin have been said to be arrested in this case. The National Investigation Agency has added several criminal sections including criminal conspiracy and anti-national activities sections in both cases.

 

A top official of the National Investigation Agency said that in a case registered in this regard, it has been said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was to visit Patna on July 11, 2022. During this, a raid was conducted based on secret information. During this raid, Athar Parvez and Mohammad Jalaluddin were caught. Several incriminating documents and other electronic devices were recovered during the raids. Which showed that they were involved in anti-India activities.

The National Investigation Agency has made the basis of this FIR on FIR number 827 registered on 12 July 2022 at Phulwarisharif police station. The complainant in this FIR is Inspector Ikrar Ahmed Khan of Phulwari Sharif police station. A total of 26 suspicious people have been named in this FIR.

 

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has also filed a second FIR in the same case. It includes the name of Ahmed Danish who was arrested by Patna Police on 14 July 2022. Two WhatsApp groups were found on his mobile which was in the name of Gajwa e Hind. The purpose of these WhatsApp groups was to spread unrest in India. In the NIA, the investigation of both cases has been handed over to the Lucknow branch.
