Prime Minister Narendra Modi became emotional while addressing the public in Solapur. Actually, under PM Awas Yojana, a residential colony has been constructed in Solapur for the poor people. PM Modi became emotional while dedicating this residential colony to the public. During this, he said that the pledge we had taken for thousands of poor and laborers was being fulfilled. Today the country's largest housing scheme under the PM Awas Yojana is being inaugurated. I went and saw it myself and felt that I wished I had got to live in a house like this in my childhood. After this, PM Modi said emotionally - 'Whenever I see these things, I feel very satisfied that when the dreams of thousands of families come true, their blessings are my biggest asset.'
'My government is a government dedicated to the poor'
PM Modi said these things while dedicating to the public 15 thousand houses built in Renagar Housing Society in Solapur. The beneficiaries of these houses include handloom workers, vendors, power loom workers, beedi workers drivers, etc. The Prime Minister said, 'Our government is trying from the first day to ensure that there is good governance in the country by following the ideals of Shri Ram, that honesty reigns in the country. It is Ramrajya who has inspired everyone's support, everyone's development, everyone's faith, and everyone's efforts. My government is dedicated to the poor. Therefore, we implemented such schemes one after the other, which would reduce the difficulties of the poor and make their lives easier.
The Prime Minister said, 'There are two types of thoughts, one is instigating people for political gains. Our path is self-reliant workers and the welfare of the poor. Slogans of eliminating poverty were raised in our country for a long time but poverty was not eliminated. Schemes were made in the name of the poor, but the poor did not get their benefits. The intentions and loyalty of the earlier governments were in the dock.
