According to reports, the makers of 'Dalapathi 69' have been offered Rs 25 crore by a distributor in North America. However, the deal has not been signed yet. At the same time, more information on this is expected in the coming week. If the deal is confirmed, 'Dalapathy 69' will have to earn around Rs 64 crore to break even in the North American region.

 

How will Vijay's character be in the film?

 

There are reports that the superstar may be seen playing the role of a former police officer in the film directed by H Vinoth. However, the producers or any member associated with the film have not confirmed whether the actor will be playing a former police officer in the film. A dance sequence has recently been shot in this film, which is being composed by Anirudh Ravichander. This film will be Anirudh's fifth film with Vijay after films like 'Kaththi', 'Master', 'Beast' and 'Leo'.

 

When will 'Dalapathy 69' hit the theaters?

 

The film 'Dalapathy 69', which has been tentatively titled so far, stars Priyamani, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde and Mamita Baiju in lead roles apart from Vijay. The film is being produced by KVN Productions. 'Dalpati 69' will be released next year i.e. in October 2025.
