Narayan Choudhary has been a terrorist of Babbar Khalsa International. He went to Pakistan in 1984 and helped smuggle large consignments of weapons and explosives in Punjab during the initial phase of terrorism. While in Pakistan, he has also allegedly written a book on guerrilla warfare and anti-national literature. He is also an accused in the Burail jailbreak case. Narayan has previously served a sentence in a Punjab jail.
