Jugraj's grandfather Mehal Singh was excited after the incident on Tuesday, but his enthusiasm turned into fear on Wednesday. In the video, he says the youth, Jugraj Singh of Van Tara Singh village hoisted the Khalsa flag at the Red Fort. The man, who describes himself as a relative of Jugraj in the video, introduces Jugraj's father and grandfather Baldev Singh and Mahal Singh as well as his grandmother and mother respectively.
