The direction of this film has been taken over by Rajkumar Santoshi, who has previously worked with Sunny in films like Damini, Ghayal, Ghatak.
The meeting also begins regarding Kajol-Ibrahim's Sarzameen.
In this episode, a round of meetings has begun between the makers of the film Sarzameen starring Kajol, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Ibrahim Ali Khan. Pakistan is also mentioned in this film based on the backdrop of Kashmir. The film is planned to be released on May 30. Before this, some parts of the film are being dubbed again. The shooting of both the films has been completed.
When will Lahore 1947 release in theatres?
Apart from Sunny Deol, Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, and Ali Fazal will be seen in the lead roles in Lahore 1947, which is being made under the banner of Aamir Khan's production, while Sitaare Zameen Par actor can be seen playing an important role in the film.
The shooting of the film started in February 2024 and was completed in August. Earlier the makers wanted to release Lahore 1947 on 26 January, but due to some post production work getting stuck, this could not happen. Now this movie will be released in June 2025, but its final date has not come yet.
