Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Amritsar on Saturday morning. His helicopter landed directly at Dera Radha Swami in Beas. Where he was welcomed by Dera Mukhi Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon himself. After the Prime Minister visits Dera Radha Swami, there are discussions that the BJP wants to convert the votes of Dera followers in its favor.

The meeting took place even before the Punjab elections.

Even before the Punjab Assembly elections, there was a meeting between PM Modi and Dera Mukhi, but this meeting did not take place in the Dera but in PM Modi's office. It was decided in this meeting that the next meeting of both would be held at Beas Dera only. To fulfill this promise, PM Modi has reached the dera today.

PM Modi's helicopter landed directly inside the camp amid threats from Khalistani supporters and demonstrations by farmers. Due to this there was no dearth of their security. On the other hand, Kisan-Mazdoor Sangharsh Morcha protested by burning an effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in all the districts.
