Education Minister Harjot Bains has decided to close all government, aided, recognized, private schools, colleges, universities, and polytechnic institutions till September 7. Earlier, it was decided to keep them closed till September 3.

A special package can be prepared for rebuilding roads, schools, hospitals, and restoring agricultural land. Special relief can be given to farmers.
