Indian Under-19 team's explosive opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi missed out on a big innings in the third Youth ODI against Australia on Friday. He was bowled by Charles Lachmond on the first ball of the seventh over of the innings. The left-handed batsman scored 16 runs in 20 balls at a strike rate of 80. He hit two sixes during his innings.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored a total of 124 runs in the current three-match ODI series. He scored 38 in the first match, 70 in the second, and 16 in the third. In any case, Vaibhav Suryavanshi has set a record for sixes in Youth ODIs, a record that has become a dream for any Indian player to break.

Vaibhav's Aerial Record

Vaibhav Suryavanshi is the Indian batsman with the most sixes in Youth ODI history. He hit 43 sixes in 11 matches. Before Vaibhav Suryavanshi, this record was held by Unmukt Chand, who hit 38 sixes in 21 matches in 2011-12. Vaibhav surpassed Unmukt by five sixes.

It's worth noting that Vaibhav Suryavanshi is only 14 years old and still has time to play Under-19 cricket. Therefore, Vaibhav Suryavanshi's six-hitting tally may increase.
