Yuzvendra and Natarajan have 12-12 wickets in common, yet Chahal retains the purple cap as Chahal has played one match less than Natarajan. Delhi Capitals spinner Kuldeep Yadav has slipped to number three in the Purple Cap race. Kuldeep has 11 wickets from five matches.
