Rajasthan By-Election Result: Stature, position, and prestige, the results of the Rajasthan by-election will balance these political equations

Posted on 21st Nov 2024 12:48 pm by rohit kumar

The results of the assembly elections on seven seats in Rajasthan will be out on November 23. These results will not affect the majority in the assembly. Still, politics is interested in these elections. If understood in general terms, then this election is a fight for position, stature, and prestige in Rajasthan. The first year of the Bhajanlal government's tenure in Rajasthan is completed in December. These results are coming before that. Therefore, the results will also be linked to Bhajan Lal Sharma's political stature. If the results are in his favor, Bhajanlal Sharma will be able to make big decisions.

Will Dotasara's position remain or change?

This by-election is also being seen in connection with the future of Congress in Rajasthan. The command of Congress in Rajasthan is with Laxmangarh MLA and former Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara. There is a discussion in the Congress that the results of the assembly elections will decide whether there will be a change in the organization of the Rajasthan Congress soon or not.

Will Hanuman's count increase or not?

Hanuman Beniwal was once looking very strong as a third-party option in Rajasthan. The number of his MLAs in the assembly had reached 3. But now the fight is for existence. Only if Hanuman's wife Kanika Beniwal wins the election from the Khinvsar seat, RLP's account will remain open in the assembly. However, Hanuman Beniwal has said that these election results will not make any difference to his politics.

If BAP wins, it will become the third-largest party

The Bharatiya Adivasi Party, formed just before the assembly elections in Rajasthan last year, won Chaurasi, Aspur, and Dhariyavad and made a strong fence in southern Rajasthan. After this, Rajkumar Roat was sent to Delhi as an MP in the Lok Sabha elections held last year. BJP candidate Mahendrajeet Malviya also captured the Bagidora seat in the by-election. Now Chaurasi and Salumbhar will be decided on November 23. In such a situation, BAP will be the third largest party with 4 or 5 MLAs in the 16th assembly.
