Confirming the death of Ravi Tandon, a reliable source told ABP News, “The 86-year-old Ravi Tandon was able to walk, but for some time he had a lung problem, a lung problem called lung fibrosis. Due to this he was facing a lot of difficulty in breathing. Due to this disease, he breathed his last at 3.30 am today at his home in Juhu, Mumbai.

According to the information, at 4.30 pm, the body of Ravi Tandon will be cremated with full customs at the crematorium in Santa Cruz. Ravi Tandon directed many hit films in the 70s and 80s. He made his mark by directing films like Khel Khel Mein, Majboor, Anhoni, Khuddar, Zindagi, Nazrana, Ek Main Aur Ek Tu, Jawab, Aan Aur Shaan, Nirman, Jhootha Kahin Ka, Chor Ho To Aisa.
Ravi Tandon started his directorial career as an assistant director and directed as well as produced a few films. He also appeared as an actor in the film 'Love in Shimla' released in 1960.
