25-year-old cricketer Rishabh Pant narrowly escaped in a road accident on Friday morning. According to the police, the accident happened due to dozing off. His Mercedes went uncontrolled and hit the guardrail, after which the car caught fire. She turned around. After the accident, Pant came out of the burning car by breaking the window. He has received injuries on his head, back, and leg. According to doctors, his condition is out of danger.
He has been taken from Roorkee to Dehradun for treatment. He is undergoing treatment at Max Hospital here. A team of doctors is monitoring him. If needed, he will be airlifted to Delhi.

Dr. Sushil Nagar, chairman of Saksham Hospital and orthopedic surgeon, told Dainik Bhaskar that only after the MRE will it be known which bone in his knee is broken. Pant may also need an operation. After that, it will be known how long they will be able to play.
