Gangsters Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh Mannu, who was involved in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, had planned to flee to Pakistan on the advice of Goldie Brar, an underground gangster in Canada.

After the murder of Moosewala, both tried to get fake passports to flee abroad, but due to the strictness of the police, passports could not be made. Therefore, on the advice of Goldie, both of them reached the border village, trying to cross the India-Pakistan International Border. Before both could cross the border, Punjab Police killed both of them in an encounter on Wednesday.

Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh Mannu reached Bhakna village in Amritsar, near the Pakistan border, on the advice of Goldie Brar, a close aide of Lawrence, a Canadian gangster who took responsibility for Moosewala's murder. Terrorist Harvinder Singh Rinda, sitting in Pakistan, was helping both of them to cross the International Border and enter Pakistan through his sleeper cell.

Amritsar and Tarn Taran are border districts of Punjab and Rinda have been delivering arms from across the border through drones. After delivering the weapons to the Indian border by drone, Rinda forwards them to different locations through his sleeper cell. The police are not saying anything about all this. However, it has become necessary for the police to know the answer to the question that how Rinda, sitting in Pakistan, was planning to get both of them across the border.

Killed 12 kilometers before the border

Gangsters Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh Mannu were gunned down by the police on Wednesday in Bhakna village of Amritsar district, which is close to the border. The India-Pakistan International Border is just 12 kilometers away from there. It was not a difficult task to reach the border through the fields without being noticed by the police.

The house was lying vacant for 6 years

Police say that the house where gangsters Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh Mannu were hiding in the fields of Bhakna village was empty. This house and the land around it are in the name of Balwinder Singh. Six years ago, Balwinder gave this house to Balwinder Singh Dodhi, who lived in a nearby village. Since then this house was lying vacant.

The police are investigating whether the two gangsters were sheltered in this house by a local man or both of them had come and hid here. The condition of this house is very bad from the inside. Paint etc. has come off the walls and the floor is also in poor condition. A bunk and a wooden plank are kept inside the house.

Harvinder Rinda is India Head of Babbar Khalsa

Harvinder Singh Rinda, seated in Pakistan, is the India head of the Babbar Khalsa. After escaping from India in the year 2020, he somehow reached Pakistan and took shelter in the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. It is said that at this time Rinda is in Islamabad. His name has also been figured in the Ludhiana court blast case.

Two gangsters have reached abroad with fake passports

Before the murder of Moosewala, gangster Lawrence had sent his brothers Anmol Bishnoi and Sachin Thapan abroad. Anmol is currently in Europe. Lawrence took both of them out of the country by making fake passports. After killing Moosewala, Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Singh Mannu also scrambled to get fake passports made but without success. After this Goldie Brar planned to send both of them to Pakistan and contacted the terrorist Rinda sitting there. Rinda has connections with the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI.

Balwinder Singh Dodhi's house under suspicion

Villagers of Bhakna village told that the house in which gangsters Roopa and Mannu were hiding belonged to Balwinder Singh. Balwinder Singh sold his farm and house 6 years ago and went to live in Amritsar city. He sold his house and farm to a person named Balwinder Singh Dodhi, who lived in a nearby village. Since that time the house was lying vacant. Police are probing whether Roopa and Mannu themselves came here and hid or they were hidden here. No one even in the village knew that someone was staying here.

Sealed an area of 2 km

Anti-Gangster Task Force, Special Operation Cell, and Organized Crime Control Unit personnel were involved in the encounter. Apart from this, the best shooter and quick reaction team of the police were also reached. During the encounter, the police sealed an area of 2 km. During this time people were instructed to stay in their homes.

Mannu Kussa was the one who shot Moosewala first.

Sharpshooter Mannu Kussa is close to gangster Lawrence and his Canada-based partner Goldie Brar. On May 29, Mannu shot Moosewala with an AK47 in the Jawaharke village of Mansa district. Earlier, a video of Mannu beaten up in jail was viral. Mannu suspected that the rival Bambiha gang had brought him into disrepute by thrashing him. That's why he was angry. He was also involved in the murder of Moosewala, who is considered close to the Bambiha gang, for the same reason.

Police investigation revealed that Jagroop Singh Roopa and Manpreet Mannu Kusa, who killed Moosewala, continued to roam in Punjab after the murder. According to sources, till the end of June, he was hiding in a village in Tarn Taran. Roopa was a resident of this area. Here another gangster storm had hid him in his farmhouse. Gangster Raiya was also present with them.
