Today is the last day of judicial custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the CBI case related to the Delhi Excise Policy scam. In such a situation, CBI will present Delhi CM in Rouse Avenue Court today on Tuesday and request to extend his custody. At the same time, Kejriwal's lawyer will demand his bail.

The court can take cognizance of the chargesheet

In this case, the fourth chargesheet filed by CBI will be heard in Rouse Avenue Court today on Tuesday. The court of Special Judge Kaveri Baveja will hear the case.

It is worth mentioning that Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by CBI on June 26. He is currently lodged in Delhi's Tihar Jail in judicial custody. At the same time, he got interim bail from the Supreme Court in the ED case (money laundering case) related to the liquor policy. ED arrested Delhi CM on March 21 this year.

AAP's former communication chief Nair gets bail

It is known that after being in jail for about 23 months in the money laundering case related to Delhi's alleged excise policy scam, the Supreme Court on Monday (September 2) granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)'s former communication chief Vijay Nair. The apex court said that freedom is sacred and should be respected even in cases with stringent laws.

Nair gets bail, victory of truth - AAP

AAP has described the bail granted to Vijay Nair as the victory of truth. AAP says that gradually the entire conspiracy of the BJP is collapsing. The BJP and its central government conspired against our leaders and put them in jail by filing false cases, but now the conspiracies are being exposed. First, the Supreme Court granted bail to Manish Sisodia and now Vijay Nair has been granted bail. Now soon Arvind Kejriwal will also come out.
