Salman's reply on 1000 crore fee: Bigg Boss host said - If I get so much money, then I will never work in life

Salman rubbished reports of getting a Rs 1000 crore fee for Bigg Boss 16. This season will start on 1st October. There were reports from August that they were charging Rs 1000 crore. Salman denied this at the launch event of the show on Tuesday night. He said that if he gets so much money this season, he will never work in life.

 

The host of the event, Gauahar Khan asked Salman if he was charging Rs 1000 crore to host the show. In response, Salman said, 'These are all wrong news. If I get so much money, I will never work in life. However, there will come a day in my life when I will get so much money. Apart from this, if I get so much money, then I have so many expenses, like lawyers' expenses, which I need.

Salman further said, 'Bigg Boss' fee is not even a quarter of 1000 crores. Income tax and ED people also read these reports and come home to check. Then they come to know the truth about what I have.'

 

350 crores were charged in the last season

 

It was being said in media reports that Salman is charging three times more fees for this season than for the 15th season. The actor had charged Rs 350 crore last season.

New updates often come out about 'Bigg Boss 16'. Recently, the makers of the show released its promo. In this, Salman Khan was seen in the avatar of Mogambo. On the other hand, talking about the contestants of the show, during the launch event, the makers of the show announced the name of the first contestant Tajikistan artist Abdu Rojic.

 

Apart from these, the names of Tina Dutta, Sreejita Dey, Gautam Vig, Shalini Bhanot, Sumbul Tauqeer, and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia are also cropping up. However, the makers have not made any official announcement on this yet.
