After the uproar during the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid on 24 November in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, the search for stone pelters and miscreants is going on in full swing. Along with this, the UP government will take strict action against those who indulge in violence. Posters of stone pelters and miscreants can be put up publicly.

Along with this, the damage can be recovered from the miscreants. If necessary, a reward can also be announced to the miscreants. The culprits of Sambhal violence will not be able to escape under any circumstances. Let us tell you that the Yogi government of UP has already issued an ordinance for the recovery of damages and posters against the miscreants.

Photos will also be released in the media.

The commissioner said that a day before the survey, the district administration had given notice to the Jama Masjid Committee. When the survey team reached, Suhail Iqbal, son of Sambhal MLA Iqbal Mahmood, also reached Jama Masjid. He said that he would join the survey team.

The team refused to include him. Only after this, the crowd gathered and there was an uproar. Photos of the people involved in the riot will soon be released in the media, which will make it easier to catch them. The police have identified hundreds of stone-pelting accused and raids are being conducted to arrest them.

Apart from Sambhal city, rioters are also being searched in nearby towns and villages. Dozens of people have also been detained by the police. Information about other accused is being gathered by interrogating them in different police stations.

ADG Ramit Sharma and DIG Muniraj ji of Bareilly zone took out a foot march in the city with the police force on Tuesday morning. During this, they talked to the traders and told them to open shops and do business. However, despite the shops opening in most of the city's markets, there was silence. Shops around the city's Jama Masjid did not open. Locks are still hanging on the houses of hundreds of people who fled after the riot. The entire area has become a police cantonment.

The district administration has started a magisterial inquiry into the violence. Sambhal's DM and SP have assured strict action. DM Rajendra Pensia said that the survey was conducted on the orders of the court and it is necessary to follow the law in such cases.

On the current situation in Sambhal, SP Krishna Kumar said that after the incident in Sambhal district on Sunday, the police had ordered to shut down the internet as a precaution, which is still going on. Everything else has become normal.

The police have examined all the CCTV footage of the people involved in the incident. More than 100 people have been identified. The police will arrest them soon. In the last 24 hours, 27 people have been sent to jail, including 25 men and 2 women. Sambhal MP Zia-ur-Rehman Barq has been issued a notice under Section 168 of the BNS on November 23.
