The Indian cricket team won at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Indian team defeated New Zealand by 96 runs to win the T20 World Cup.

Sunny Deol

"Gabru" actor Sunny Deol also expressed happiness over the Indian cricket team's victory. He wrote on Instagram, "Team India's Gabru! You won. Champions, you have made India proud. Ajay Devgn said his throat was sore from shouting. The Shaitan actor added, "My throat is sore from shouting, but my smile hasn't gone away all week. Team India, you made a billion hearts beat with pride tonight. Champions once again."
