New Delhi, March 5 (IANS) Delhiites experienced a nippy Thursday morning as the minimum temperature settled three notches below the season's average at 9.7 degrees Celsius. The Met Office has forecast a bright and warm day.

According to the India Meteorological Department, the sky will remain sunny through the day and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 24 degrees Celsius.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 93 percent.

Wednesday's maximum temperature settled three notches below the season's average at 23.4 degrees Celsius while the minimum was recorded at 10.7 degrees Celsius - two notches below the season's average.
