Dr. Rosa Abraham, Research Fellow of the Center for Sustainable Employment (CSE), says, "In view of the prevailing circumstances, it was necessary that we talk to the most vulnerable sections. We wanted to know what problems people are facing during the lockdown. Therefore, this survey was conducted with the help of civic social organizations. In the survey, we have focused on three points - impact on their work employment, impact on their homes and access to government relief.
In an interview, Dr. Abraham says, 'Health is being affected by the lockdown. Most of the people said that because of work being stopped, they do not have enough money to buy everyday food and drink.
