Delhi Bomb Threat: Dwarka court receives bomb threat via email, causing panic; police are investigating.

A sensational incident unfolded this morning at the Dwarka Court in the national capital, Delhi, when a bomb threat was received at the court premises. The bomb threat was received via email. Upon receiving this information, the police and administration went on high alert. Delhi Police and other security agencies immediately swung into action. The cyber cell is investigating the threatening email. The bomb disposal squad and dog squad have been called in. So far, nothing suspicious has been found.

On Wednesday morning, bomb threats were sent via email to 13 private schools in Gurugram, the cyber city. The threatening emails caused panic among school managements and the district administration. After receiving the emails, the school management declared a holiday as a precautionary measure and informed the police control room. Upon receiving the information, police teams reached the concerned schools and launched a search operation.

 

 

The threatening emails were received by the schools on Wednesday morning, when children were either arriving at or had already reached school. The threatening emails were received by the schools at different times. Upon receiving the information, police teams, along with bomb squads, dog squads, and SDRF teams, reached the concerned schools and took charge. The investigation teams conducted an intensive search operation in the school premises as well as in the surrounding sensitive areas. Every possible location, from school rooms, toilets, and grounds to flowerpots, was thoroughly checked. The police and other teams did not recover any suspicious objects from any of the schools, and the situation is completely under control. Currently, the police are engaged in a technical investigation to identify the person who sent the email and to ascertain the truth behind the threat.
