Upon receiving the information, police teams reached the concerned schools and launched a search operation.
The threatening emails were received by the schools on Wednesday morning, when children were either arriving at or had already reached school. Upon receiving the information, police teams, along with bomb squads, dog squads, and SDRF teams, reached the concerned schools and took charge. The investigation teams conducted an intensive search operation in the school premises as well as in the surrounding sensitive areas. Every possible location, from school rooms, toilets, and grounds to flowerpots, was thoroughly checked. The police and other teams did not recover any suspicious objects from any of the schools, and the situation is completely under control. Currently, the police are engaged in a technical investigation to identify the person who sent the email and to ascertain the truth behind the threat.
