It states that if the President does not certify it, he will be required to seal Chinese assets, impose travel restrictions, cancel visas, prevent American financial institutions from lending to Chinese businesses, and list Chinese companies on the US stock market. Graham said, "I am sure that if the Chinese Communist Party does not hide things, the virus does not reach America."
